Shipping Policy

CoworkBR Mailing Policy

CoworkBR offers a mail receiving and sending service for its members, ensuring security and convenience. Below are the terms and conditions governing this service.

1. Receiving Correspondence
1.1 Notification: As soon as correspondence is received on behalf of a customer, CoworkBR will notify the customer by email or telephone.
1.2 Deadline for Collection: Customers have a period of 5 working days from the date of notification to collect their correspondence at no additional cost.
1.3 Size Limitations: Packages with maximum dimensions of 50 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm and maximum weight of 20 kg will be accepted.
1.4 Content Restrictions: CoworkBR does not accept the receipt of perishable items or live cargo.

2. Storage Fees
2.1 After 5 working days: If the correspondence is not collected within 5 working days, a storage fee will be charged in accordance with the amounts stipulated in the customer contract. 2.2 Fees: Storage fees will be calculated daily and added to the customer's monthly invoice.

3. Shipping to Homes
3.1 Shipping Request: Customers can request that their correspondence be sent to their homes or other addresses.
3.2 Additional Costs: All shipping costs will be passed on to the customer, including postage, packaging, and applicable taxes. Additionally, a service fee will be charged by CoworkBR for handling and sending correspondence.
3.3 Payment: Additional costs will be charged on the customer's next monthly invoice or as previously agreed.

4. Pickup and Shipping Process
4.1 Collection at the Unit: Correspondence can be collected during opening hours of the unit where the correspondence was received. A valid identification document is required.
4.2 Shipping: To request shipping, the customer must contact the CoworkBR team by email or telephone. Shipping will be carried out within 5 working days after confirming the request and paying additional costs.

5. Responsibility
5.1 Security: CoworkBR undertakes to store correspondence securely until collection or sending.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: CoworkBR is not responsible for correspondence damaged or lost during transport by third-party services.

6. Changes to the Mailing Policy
6.1 Updates: CoworkBR reserves the right to modify this mailing policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
