Refund Policy

CoworkBR values transparency and the satisfaction of its members. Our refund policy is designed to ensure you have a clear understanding of the terms and conditions governing refunds for our services.

1. Refunds for Monthly Plans
1.1 Cancellation within 24 hours of subscribing: If you cancel your monthly plan within 24 hours of the subscription date, you will be entitled to a partial refund of 80%, with 20% going to CoworkBR.
1.2 Cancellation after 24 hours: Refunds will not be given for cancellations made after 24 hours of the subscription date. However, you will still have access to the services until the end of the reserved period.

2. Refunds for Annual Plans
2.1 Cancellation within 24 hours of subscribing: If you cancel your annual plan within 24 hours of the subscription date, you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund, minus a 10% administrative fee for the total amount.
2.2 Cancellation after 24 hours: Refunds will be granted for cancellations made after 24 hours of the subscription date. However, you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of 70% of the remaining amount.

3. Refunds for Space Reservations
3.1 Cancellation up to 7 days before booking: If you cancel your space reservation up to 7 days before the scheduled time, you will be entitled to a full refund.
3.2 Cancellation within 7 days of booking: No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled time.

4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Request: To request a refund, contact our customer service team via contato@coworkbr.com or WhatsApp (11) 98802-5474.
4.2 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval of the request.
4.3 Method of Refund: All refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Exceptions
5.1 Special Circumstances: In cases of special circumstances, such as medical emergencies or technical problems caused by CoworkBR, we may, at our discretion, grant refunds outside of the terms specified above.
5.2 Events and Workshops: Refunds for events and workshops will be handled according to the specific policy of each event, which will be communicated at the time of registration.

6. Changes to Refund Policy
6.1 Updates: CoworkBR reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
